Building Stamina After Chemotherapy

One thing that I have definitely noticed, since I was diagnosed with cancer; is my lack of stamina. Stamina is not only important for my every day life, it is absolutely essential for my dancing. Wondering how I might build my stamina, I went to the garage to search for a multitude of "retired" exercise equipment.

I found and old dancing video with Richard Simmons, that really made me laugh, a workout with Jane Fonda, a kick boxing video and an old pair of roller blades. The only one that made me really smile were the roller blades. They were rickety, old and full of spider webs. Now, I know that it is too hot for me to roller blade around here in the summertime, but fall is right around the corner, right?

So, anyway, I went to the internet to see if I could find a new pair of roller blades. I am drawn to the K2 inline fitness skates because of the soft boot. For any of you that remember, I still suffer from foot pain due to last years side effects from Cipro, so I know that I am going to have to take it easy and should probably just start "walking" before I skate!
